It is during the Belgian Bakery Championship that will take place the contest of the Best Croissant of Belgium.
The following five finalists will present their butter croissant to win the title:
- Jef Bruynseels, professor at the Ghent Hotel School
- Loïc Dos Santos Labreco from the De Baere bakery Brussels
- Alexandre Morsomme from the De Baere bakery Knokke
- Guy Van De Vorst from the Van de Vorst bakery Mol
- Michel Van Damme from the Stouvenaker bakery Martelange
The Championship and the contest will take place on September 24th and 25th at the Bibac trade fair in Antwerp. More details follow soon.
